The organization of HPE Networking Telco Solutions is uniquely positioned to deliver industry specific, AI enhanced solutions built around capabilities in the following solutions domains: Subscriber Data Management, Service Assurance, Service Orchestration, Telco Automation. It is an innovative organization focused on selling software as a service and fully aligned with overall as-a-service strategy

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and develop the HPE Telco Solution business at major telco accounts in UK, Irelands and Netherlands with special attention on Subscriber Data Management and Telco Automation
  • Sell Telco software and solutions to support customers to operate and orchestrate reliable services in hybrid and virtualized environments
  • Build a broad network of industry relationships and contacts in targeted accounts and countries
  • Capture sales opportunities to increase the company's market share in accordance with HPE's strategy and execute on sales forecast
  • Set directions for business development and solution replication
  • Creates and grows reference customers
  • Work with HPE account management, presales and delivery teams
  • Collaborate with virtual team to orchestrate and sell complex customer solutions
  • Establish a professional and consultative working relationship with the client, including the C-level by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs
  • Deliver on assigned quota metrics and target to over-achieve the set quota with quarter KPIs

Requirements

  • University or Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the Telco market and digital transformation journey
  • Account experience in the Communication Providers' segment
  • Experience in working with System Integrators, Solution Consulting Companies and Network Equipment Providers
  • Partner engagement experience
  • Cultural awareness, sensitivity and ability to work in multiple geographies
  • Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota diversity of business customer, and higher-level customer interface
  • Consultative solution selling and business development skills
  • Leadership and initiative in successfully driving sales - prospecting, negotiating and closing deals
