Join a vibrant and driven team within HPE Aruba Networking’s Services Sales organization where the primary focus is ensuring continued customer success through renewals and service expansion. The role involves managing customer relationships, driving renewals, upselling tailored solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • manage a mix of existing customers (90% farming) and new business development (10% hunting)
  • drive renewals by engaging directly with the end customers and unlock additional business opportunities
  • proactively engage with customers to expand service coverage, defend the installed base, and upsell tailored solutions
  • own the end-to-end renewal cycle, from planning and quoting to negotiation and closure
  • collaborate with presales, local sales, and channel partners to deliver best-in-class customer outcomes
  • maintain an accurate forecast and manage your sales pipeline using HPE tools and processes

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of IT Sales experience
  • fluency in Swedish, Danish, French or Dutch
  • strong sales mindset and a passion for IT
  • strong relationship-building skills and ability to handle renewals and upsells
  • analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
