Join our HPE Networking team in Spain as a Services Account Manager focused on the Northern Europe region. You’ll be part of a growing, collaborative team of 30, directly working under a growing 7-person unit. This role is a blend of renewals, upsells, and new business, supporting customers with hardware and services critical to their IT operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a mix of existing customers (90% farming) and new business development (10% hunting)
  • Drive renewals by engaging directly with the end customers and unlock additional business opportunities
  • Proactively engage with customers to expand service coverage, defend the installed base, and upsell tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with distribution and internal operation team to maximize the funnel
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and manage your sales pipeline using HPE tools and processes

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of IT Sales experience
  • Fluency in Flemish, French, Norwegian or Finnish
  • Strong sales mindset and a passion for IT
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to handle renewals and upsells
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
