Job Responsibility

  • Manage a mix of existing customers (90% farming) and new business development (10% hunting)
  • Drive renewals by engaging directly with the end customers and unlock additional business opportunities
  • Proactively engage with customers to expand service coverage, defend the installed base, and upsell tailored solutions
  • Own the end-to-end renewal cycle, from planning and quoting to negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with presales, local sales, and channel partners to deliver best-in-class customer outcomes
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and manage your sales pipeline using HPE tools and processes

Requirements

  • 3+ year of IT Sales experience
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Strong sales mindset and a passion for IT
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to handle renewals and upsells
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
