Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HP ALM Technical Lead to manage and support the HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) platform. The candidate will be responsible for administration, customization, and integration of HP ALM to support QA and project management teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the administration and configuration of HP ALM
  • Manage projects, users, workflows, and permissions within ALM
  • Customize ALM modules including requirements, test management, and defect tracking
  • Integrate HP ALM with automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and other enterprise systems
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ALM-related issues
  • Ensure data integrity, system performance, and platform stability
  • Work with QA, development, and project teams to support testing processes and reporting
  • Document system configurations and best practices

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with HP ALM / Micro Focus ALM administration and support
  • Knowledge of test management, defect tracking, and QA lifecycle
  • Experience with ALM customization, workflows, and integrations
  • Familiarity with automation tools and CI/CD integration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
