We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Housing Support Worker to join our team, supporting people to secure, maintain, and sustain safe accommodation while promoting independence and wellbeing. You will provide person-centred support to individuals experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or other complex needs. The role includes completing support plans and risk assessments, helping clients access housing, benefits, healthcare, employment, and other local services, and working closely with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes. You will maintain accurate case records and ensure safeguarding policies are followed at all times. The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults or people with complex needs, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage a varied caseload. A good understanding of housing, tenancy sustainment, and safeguarding is desirable.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
Experience supporting vulnerable people in a housing, homelessness, or support setting

Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car, as regular travel across Leeds and surrounding areas is essential
