Job Description:

As an Adult Housing Support Worker in Minehead, you will play a key role in helping people achieve their personal goals, maintain their independence, and feel valued and respected. We deliver life changing services to over 10,000 children, young people and families across Somerset and Devon every year. We focus on 6 key areas of work, including Support and Advice, Housing, Family and Youth Work, YMCA Gym, Training and Education and Our Hotels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Play a key role in helping people achieve their personal goals, maintain their independence, and feel valued and respected
  • Facilitate transformative change
  • Work shift pattern consisting of 8am - 4pm, 12pm - 8pm to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis
  • Lone work
