Job Responsibility

  • Provide housing-related support to vulnerable residents to help sustain tenancies
  • Manage a caseload of residents with complex needs
  • Carry out regular patch visits, welfare checks and risk assessments
  • Develop and review support plans and complete safeguarding referrals
  • Work closely with external agencies including mental health teams, probation and local authorities
  • Record accurate case notes and maintain compliance with service standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supported housing, floating support or tenancy sustainment
  • Experience working with mental health, domestic abuse, asylum seekers, drugs and alcohol or ex-offenders
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge and confident risk management skills
  • Comfortable working independently on patch, five days a week
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
