Job Responsibility:
Engage with residents using an asset-based approach to foster positive development
Maintain precise records of support for a dedicated case load
Offer guidance on all facets of independent living
Oversee individual rent accounts and support residents in budgeting to ensure sustainability of successful tenancies

Requirements:
Passionate individual
Self-motivated team player with a flexible mindset
Understanding of the complexities faced by individuals who have experienced homelessness
Competent and confident when working alone
Ability to understand and work with complex and challenging behaviours appropriately
Enhanced DBS check
