Job Description:

I have an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 2-6 years PQE to join a highly regarded, friendly, firm's housing team. Recognised as one of the UK’s leading law firms for housing and tenant law, this firm is Chambers UK ranked and Legal 500 ranked for social housing law.

Job Responsibility:

  • manage a busy and varied caseload
  • work both independently and collaboratively
  • excel in all areas of housing law, including disrepair, possession, homelessness, and unlawful evictions

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years PQE
  • strong experience and working knowledge of housing law
  • experience with the Legal Aid Portal (CCMS)
  • expertise in disrepair claims, homelessness appeals, and possession claims
  • ability to manage a busy and varied caseload, working both independently and collaboratively
