Join our team as a Senior Support Consultant and become the go-to expert for solving complex challenges! If you love problem-solving, working with technology, and making a real impact for customers, this role is for you. You’ll be part of our Housing Team, supporting NEC’s market-leading Housing. This isn’t just a support role—it’s an opportunity to learn, grow, and become a trusted advisor for our customers. We’ll provide full training on our products, so if you have strong technical skills and experience with SQL or system administration, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide technical assistance, application support, and usage guidance to NEC customers
  • Investigate and resolve application issues, working toward SLA targets
  • Translate customer requirements into workarounds and fixes
  • Develop and maintain technical support documentation and procedures
  • Deliver proactive support services (ITIL Problem Management)
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions

Requirements:

  • SQL skills for querying and managing database content
  • Experience supporting applications deployed via web technologies
  • Good understanding of service delivery within defined SLAs
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
  • Experience with NEC Housing is highly desirable

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, UNIX Solaris)
  • Familiarity with APIs, Business Objects, and integration tools
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification
  • Awareness of software development principles within ISO 9001 environments
  • Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills
