Job Description:

The Housing Representative for the Housing Office will play a crucial role in providing front desk customer service and administrative support to the Housing Office. This position involves interacting with students, staff, and visitors, handling inquiries, and performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for students and visitors
  • Answer general questions and provide information about housing services
  • Collect and process various forms and documents
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Address phone inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Run errands as needed to support office operations
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including flyers and packages
  • Distribute supplies and maintain inventory
