Housing Repairs Technician - Electrician

Ashfield Council have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Repairs Technician - Electrician to join the team based in Kirkby-In-Ashfield. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £32,061 - £34,434 per annum (pay award pending). Are you a skilled electrician with a passion for making a difference in people’s homes? Join our dedicated Repairs & Maintenance team as a Housing Repair Technician – Electrician. We are looking for a qualified Electrician to undertake repairs and maintenance work in both tenanted and empty properties. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to work within our Customer’s homes for the completion of repair and maintenance works. You will possess the appropriate City and Guilds, or equivalent qualification, combined with knowledge of general building and construction. You will require a friendly and positive outlook, along with experience of dealing with the public and a full valid driving licence.
