Housing & Repairs Assistant

• Act as the primary contact for tenants reporting repairs and maintenance issues
• Coordinate with contractors to instruct repairs and follow up on work progress
• Manage scheduled servicing requirements to ensure properties remain compliant
• Arrange and conduct property inspections and viewings
• Maintain effective communication with tenants regarding housing management matters
• Prepare and manage tenancy documentation
• Keep CRM system records up to date
• Assist the Housing Manager in managing rent accounts and other housing management functions
• Develop marketing materials for housing opportunities
• Process application forms and respond to enquiries

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in IT, with confidence in navigating CRM systems and other digital tools
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative while understanding when to seek approval
• Understanding or willingness to learn about the private letting market and landlord responsibilities
• Knowledge of GDPR requirements related to personal data handling
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for property inspections and viewings

• Experience or qualification in letting agency work
• Experience in property management, repairs coordination, or housing services
