Creative Support is a thriving and progressive national charity delivering high-quality, person-centred services. We are seeking a warm, motivated individual to join our team in Grimsby, focusing on housing-related mental health support alongside our Service Manager and Community Links and Assessment Co-ordinator.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide outcome-focused support to individuals over 18 who need housing-related assistance
  • Help improve mental health, sustain tenancies, maximize independent living skills, enhance engagement with landlords and accommodation providers, improve money management and reduce debt and arrears, enhance home safety, reduce homelessness and the threat of homelessness, better manage substance misuse issues, and access volunteering opportunities both within and outside the service
  • Offer advice and guidance on housing and support options, helping service users access and engage with these services
  • Signpost other services that may meet their support needs

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
