We are looking for a new Housing Partnership Planner to join us on a permanent basis from our Bracknell office, and it’s important you understand you will be expected to work from your closest office regularly. Some training will take place from our Eastleigh office, so regular travel will also be required. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a customer focused and motivated team.

Job Responsibility

  • ensure our field-based Housing Partners deliver an efficient and effective service through scheduling and proactively planning their activities within the community, such as New Tenancy Visits, End of Tenancy appointments and Customer visits
  • provide support to the Housing Partnership Administration team, responding to general enquiries or help when required
