Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced housing professional to join our Housing Partnership team in Bracknell on a permanent basis. Our Housing Partners manage a patch of up to 600 properties, delivering a proactive tenancy and property management service, as well as responding to customer enquiries as appropriate. The closest office is in Bracknell which you will be required to attend for training, weekly team meetings and team collaboration days but we also have an agile working policy so working from home or other locations in between customer appointments is an option. You will directly deliver a range of tenancy management and neighbourhood services within the Bracknell area, collaborating with key colleagues from across the organisation as well as developing relationships with other local service providers. You will be travelling across the allocated patch on a daily basis where you will aim to sustain tenancies and ensure neighbourhoods are clean, safe and a place where our customers want to live and thrive. You will be visible and approachable, with an understanding of local issues, taking accountability for the quality of homes, neighbourhoods and services that Abri provide.
