3-month secondment opportunity covering a defined patch across Haringey and Enfield, focused on delivering an excellent resident experience and ensuring strong operational housing management performance. A visible, customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills, resilience and the ability to drive service improvements.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a defined patch across Haringey & Enfield
Be visible and accessible to residents, responding to queries promptly
Conduct estate inspections to ensure high environmental and health & safety standards
Investigate and resolve ASB cases and resident complaints
Act on repairs, FRA actions, safeguarding concerns and compliance issues
Work closely with managing agents, contractors and internal teams
Set and manage service charges fairly and transparently
Monitor KPIs and contribute to performance improvement initiatives
Host community engagement events or forums where appropriate
Requirements:
Strong customer service experience
Housing experience desirable
Resilience, tenacity and sound problem-solving ability
Experience managing ASB and conducting investigations
Confidence managing service charge queries and budgets
Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate effectively with residents and stakeholders
IT competence
Ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail
May need to hold or work towards a relevant professional qualification
