Job Description

This is a community-based Housing Officer role with real responsibility and real impact. You’ll be out in our communities, building trusted relationships with residents, understanding their circumstances, and helping them sustain safe, stable tenancies. This is not a desk-based role — it’s about being visible, present, and making a difference where it matters most. You’ll manage your own patch, supported by weekly team meetings in Wrexham. When not on your patch or in meetings, you’ll have flexibility to work from home or hot desk locations. During your induction period, you’ll be more office-based to help you settle into systems and processes. Mileage is paid at 45p per mile from your nearest ClwydAlyn hot desk.
