Job Responsibility:
Manage technical, administrative, and organizational aspects, including budget management and resource optimization
Propose and maintain a preventive maintenance plan for technical facilities such as HVAC, electricity, sanitary facilities, and lifts
Coordinate project delivery, negotiate leasing of space, and implement user-oriented workstations considering departmental needs
Lead the Housing team, engage in active dialogue with employees, and challenge their behavior to foster a productive work environment
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills to manage various tasks efficiently
Excellent verbal and written English
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Relevant degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field preferred
Relevant certifications in facility management or related areas are advantageous
Previous experience in facility management or housing services is required
Nice to have:
Familiarity with HVAC systems, electricity, sanitary facilities, and lifts is a plus
