Job Responsibility

Specialise in At-Risk Tenancy Support: Provide expert guidance to Youth Housing First practitioners on strategies to prevent and address housing instability
Direct Intervention: Work closely with practitioners and housing providers to proactively support young people facing tenancy challenges
Build Strong Community Partnerships: Develop and maintain crucial relationships with landlords, real estate agents, and other support services
Individualised Tenancy Support Plans: Collaborate with practitioners to create personalised tenancy support goals for each young person
Increase Housing Stability: Contribute significantly to the success of the Youth Housing First program by helping young people achieve and maintain long-term stable housing
