Job Description

Provide direct service case management and family stability support to families experiencing housing instability or facing imminent risk of eviction in Allentown, PA, particularly within the Franklin Park neighborhood and surrounding zip codes. The case manager works collaboratively with community organizations to support housing stability, reduce disruptive school mobility, and promote long-term family stability. This is a grant-funded position employed by United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley.

Requirements

Two plus years' paid or volunteer experience in a range of the following: direct service in community, health and human services program management, case management, social work or housing services, education considered in lieu of experience.
