Job Description:

A Housing Management or Social Housing Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an opportunity with a Legal 500 law firm in Manchester. Work with Tier 1 ranked Housing Management team handling housing-related cases and providing policy assistance.

Job Responsibility:

Work with Registered Providers of Social Housing on all aspects of their housing functions
Handle housing conditions claims, possession actions, and antisocial behaviour cases
Address leasehold queries
Assist with policy and procedure-related work

Requirements:

Experience dealing with Housing Management/Social Housing cases
Solid track record in Defendant or Claimant Solicitor/Legal Executive roles

Nice to have:

Knowledge of housing conditions claims
Experience with possession actions
Expertise in antisocial behaviour cases
Familiarity with leasehold queries
Policy and procedure work experience
