Job Description:

A Housing Management or Social Housing Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Leeds. The role involves working on housing conditions claims, possession actions, antisocial behaviour, leasehold queries, and policy and procedure work, under a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Partner.

Job Responsibility:

Handle housing conditions claims
manage possession actions
address antisocial behaviour
deal with leasehold queries
contribute to policy and procedure work.

Requirements:

Solid track record dealing with Housing Management/Social Housing cases
experience as a Defendant or Claimant Solicitor/Legal Executive
ability to work on housing conditions claims
possess knowledge of possession actions, antisocial behaviour, leasehold queries, and policy and procedure work.
