We are seeking a dedicated and organised Housing Management Officer to support the day-to-day management of our supported accommodation service for vulnerable women and children.

Housing management
tenancy support
housing benefit administration
rent monitoring
property inspections
health and safety compliance
contractor liaison
record keeping
supporting residents to maintain accommodation and achieve independent living.
Requirements
Experience in housing management, supported housing, homelessness, social care, refuge, or related services
Knowledge of tenancy management, welfare benefits, and safeguarding
Experience maintaining accurate records and producing reports
Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills
Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently.
