Job Responsibility:

Handling a mixed caseload of files
managing possession proceedings
managing injunction applications
handling Equality Act 2010 and Mental Capacity Act 2005 cases
dealing with breach of tenancy and other housing-related disputes
managing housing disrepair claims

Requirements:

2–8 years' PQE with experience in housing management
