Job Description:

My client is a national top tier law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Housing Management Associate to join their growing team in Birmingham. You will be handling a mixed caseload of files that will include: Possession proceedings, Injunction applications, Equality Act 2010 and Mental Capacity Act 2005 cases, Breach of tenancy and other housing-related disputes, Housing disrepair claims.

Job Responsibility:

Possession proceedings
Injunction applications
Equality Act 2010 and Mental Capacity Act 2005 cases
Breach of tenancy and other housing-related disputes
Housing disrepair claims

Requirements:

2–8 years' PQE with experience in housing management
