Job Responsibility:

Defending litigated housing conditions claims
Supervising Junior Solicitors and Paralegals
Drafting Defences and witness statements
Preparing cases for trial.

Requirements:

Proven track record of conducting Housing claims to trial
Experience working on behalf of Social Landlords or tenants
Well-versed with drafting Defences and witness statements
Ability to prepare cases for trial
Supervisory experience with Junior Solicitors and Paralegals.
