A Housing Disrepair Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Leeds. The role focuses on defending litigated housing conditions claims and supervising Junior Solicitors and Paralegals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conducting Housing claims to trial, with experience working on behalf of Social Landlords or tenants. Job Responsibility:

Defending litigated housing conditions claims
Supervising Junior Solicitors and Paralegals
Drafting Defences and witness statements
Preparing cases for trial

Requirements:

Proven track record of conducting Housing claims to trial
Experience working on behalf of Social Landlords or tenants
Well-versed with drafting Defences and witness statements
Preparing cases for trial
Supervising Junior Solicitors and Paralegals
