This is a key growth hire, offering the opportunity to lead the identification and acquisition of new supported housing opportunities within a highly acquisitive and purpose-driven group. The role will play a critical part in building the property pipeline, securing new opportunities and supporting service mobilisation.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and secure new property opportunities to support service growth
Lead property sourcing, negotiations and acquisition processes
Conduct feasibility and due diligence on new developments
Support mobilisation of new services and property onboarding
Support the organisation’s expansion strategy and pipeline planning
Complete financial modelling and viability assessments
Contribute to business cases and investment proposals
Monitor market trends and commissioning opportunities
Develop strong relationships with landlords, developers and agents
Work closely with operational leaders to understand service needs
Engage with commissioners and local authorities
Collaborate internally with finance, legal and compliance teams
Ensure developments meet regulatory and legal standards
Support risk management across new projects
Maintain accurate reporting on development activity
Requirements:
Experience in housing development, property acquisition, supported living or social care growth
Strong commercial and financial understanding
Experience building partnerships with landlords, developers or commissioners
Proven project management and negotiation skills
Passion for developing housing solutions that genuinely improve people’s lives and outcomes
