We're looking for a new Housing Assistant to join our Housing Partnership Central Services Support team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting role based in our Bracknell office. You will be expected to travel and work from our other offices for activities such as monthly team meetings and training when required so access to your own vehicle is essential. This position can be based from either our Bracknell or Yeovil office. As a Housing Assistant you will provide administrative support to our Housing Partners in the delivery of a proactive and effective housing management service, manage tenancy and neighbourhood requests from our customers and wider teams here at Abri, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction is achieved. You will be a positive team player that has the ability to work under pressure always demonstrates Abri’s values in all that they do. You will be confident in having conversations with our customers, suppliers, and internal teams here at Abri, by telephone and through digital channels and a can-do attitude that takes ownership with a will to achieve positive outcomes.
