Housing Assistant (Enhanced Housing Management Team). You'll be joining our support team at a pivotal moment as this is without doubt, a challenging time for the housing sector. The successful candidate will work proactively with our contract holders and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our service is delivered. Reporting to the Team Leader, this role is responsible for providing practical and hands on person centred support to contract holders.
Job Responsibility:
Providing practical and hands on person centred support to contract holders
Enabling contract holders to manage the terms and conditions of their agreements
Working within guidelines, processes and procedures to engage with external stakeholders to achieve key Housing objective of great Service Delivery Standards by meeting set measures of success
Requirements:
Level 2 in a relevant qualification or equivalent experience
