Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Housing Applications Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Housing Team Leader, this role contributes to the delivery of an effective and efficient housing application and allocation service. Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the first point of contact for application case reviews to ensure decisions are consistent and in line with the Shared Lettings Policy
  • Actively engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including team members, customers, and partner organisations
  • Provide input and support in key decision-making forums
  • Contribute to the delivery of an effective and efficient housing application and allocation service

Requirements:

  • Educated to Level 2/HNC in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
  • Proactive and organised
