Job Description

Would you like to join Hyde as a Tenancy Management Advisor? At Hyde, we’re committed to creating safe, secure and thriving communities where customers feel supported and respected. We are now seeking a Tenancy Management Advisor to join our frontline Neighbourhoods & Tenancy Services team and play a key role in delivering a responsive, customer-focused housing service.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the first point of contact for ASB and tenancy management queries
  • Provide clear, accurate advice and guidance to customers
  • Support early intervention approaches including mediation and prevention
  • Manage and update case records accurately using CRM systems
  • Support tenancy changes including joint-to-sole applications, household updates and bereavement cases
  • Investigate issues such as abandonment, illegal subletting and tenancy breaches
  • Carry out risk assessments and support case planning
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies including police, local authorities and safeguarding partners
  • Ensure full compliance with housing legislation, safeguarding, GDPR and organisational policies

Requirements

  • Excellent investigative and case management skills, with the ability to assess risk, gather evidence, and maintain accurate records
  • Some knowledge of housing law, tenancy processes and safeguarding principles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations
