Houseperson

• Support the housekeeping department by restocking pantries with linens, towels, and amenities
• Collect dirty laundry from guest rooms and deliver clean laundry
• Empty trash bins from guest floors and public areas
• Assist with deep cleaning of pantries, storerooms, and public areas
• Remove dirty pillows, donnas, rollaway, mattress toppers, bed sheets, etc
• Deliver extra beds, cribs, pillows, and other guest requests to rooms
• Move or remove furniture for deep cleaning or special setups
• Ensure proper stocking and inventory of supplies to pantries on all guest floors
• Report maintenance issues or room damage to the housekeeping supervisor or engineering team
• Distribute amenities to Pantries on all guest floors
• Wash and refill water bottles and deliver them to the pantries on all floors
• Inform the housekeeping supervisor of any unusual situations or guest complaints
