As a Houseperson, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the housekeeping associates by ensuring they have the resources they need each day and performing other projects as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations
Restock linen closets, storage rooms, and other designated areas with clean linens and supplies
Assist with stripping guest rooms of linens and trash as needed
Vacuum and mop hallways, stairwells, and other common areas
Maintain a pristine lobby: clean the registration desk, remove fingerprints from glass doors, and vacuum floors
Clean and maintain public restrooms, replenishing supplies as necessary
Keep the pool area tidy by replenishing supplies, emptying trash, cleaning tables and doors, and checking spa water and bromine levels
Clean and organize the exercise room, wiping equipment, mirrors, and glass doors while ensuring trash is removed
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the housekeeping team
Requirements:
A passion for delivering excellent guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Initiative, self-motivation, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Completion of required training and certification sign-off
Physical ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 25 lbs. occasionally, and stand or move for extended periods
