Job Responsibility

Oversee the development of annual Banquet budget, with the property leadership team

Maintain labor and associated costs within budgeted parameters
Manage payroll through review of staff schedules
Provide continual support and guidance to the Banquet team
Ensure the completion and return of beverage requisitions at conclusion of event

Minimum of (2) years of banquets set up experience in large/high volume venue
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift 50lbs, as well as bend, stretch, push and pull objects with support equipment

Oversee the set up and operations of the team
Organize all storage areas and maintain end of month inventory reports for banquet equipment and supplies

Key attention to detail with properly setting event spaces according to management standards and floor plans
Knowledge of banquet stations set up and types equipment required as per SOPs
