As a Houseman, you will be essential in maintaining a polished and seamless environment that supports our legendary hospitality. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to excellence, attention to detail, and anticipating the needs of our guests to ensure their stay is exceptional.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with the overall upkeep and cleanliness of guest floors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
Respond promptly to housekeeping requests such as linen delivery, guest room setups, and removal of items
Be knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding area to assist guests and exceed their expectations
Support the timely turnover of guest rooms by delivering supplies, removing soiled linens, and assisting Room Attendants as needed
Ensure all equipment and housekeeping tools are well-maintained and stored properly
Maintain the highest cleanliness standards across all assigned areas, with a strong attention to detail
Work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
Help create memorable guest experiences through prompt service and a commitment to our legendary standards

Requirements:

Experience in housekeeping at 5-star hotels or luxury properties
Skilled in linen and stock distribution
Self-driven, motivated, and organized
Reliable in following through on guest and internal requests
Strong communication skills
Physically able to meet job demands
Able to work independently and on rotating AM/PM shifts
Holds full working rights in Australia
Thrives in fast-paced environments with a positive, can-do attitude
