Job Description:

Looking for an exciting opportunity to join a world-class team and work in one of Boston's most luxurious hotels? Look no further than the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team as a Turndown Attendant!

Job Responsibility:

  • Provides a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in
  • Has a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift
  • Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet
  • Wipes down any wet surfaces in the bathroom
  • Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot
  • Removes Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
  • Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed
  • Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens
  • Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests
  • Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed
  • Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of housekeeping
  • Good communication skills
  • Physical mobility (lifting, walking, bending, moving objects up to 50 lbs)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Flexible schedule (ability to work all shifts, weekends, holidays)
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
  • Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States
