Works as part of the team in your department and with all staff throughout the hotel. May receive direction from other departments in order to meet the expectations of our guests
Performs other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time
Ensures that payroll and key procedures are adhered to
Able to collect room, floor status report sheets for assigned work areas, and assign room to Room Attendants when needed
Supervises Room Attendants and ensures that appropriate standards and procedures are adhered to
Monitors the performance of house attendants to ensure that there are sufficient supplies on the guest floor and the cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, elevators, service areas, guest doors and linen closets are maintained according to standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3 year of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or other equivalent experience is required
Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation
Requires basic computer skills for online training
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language
Has the ability to anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest proactively
Is energetic and has a professional approach to his/her craft
