Job Responsibility:
Lead and empower a diverse team of dedicated housekeeping staff
Maintain impeccable guest and service areas and oversee thorough turndown services
Efficiently plan and allocate resources to meet operational goals
Handle special requests
Judiciously manage supplies to achieve budget objectives
Swiftly respond to guest inquiries and concerns with courtesy and professionalism
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years of relevant experience
Top-notch supervisory skills
Effective communication skills, potentially in multiple languages
Comfortable with tech and tools of the trade (e.g., two-way radios, computer systems)
Physically able to move, stand, lift, or push as the job demands
