As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, pantries, service areas, and guest corridors meet the highest Four Seasons standards. You will lead and support Guestroom Attendants on your assigned floors, conduct daily inspections, and ensure smooth coordination between shifts.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily room status, prepare floor reports, and coordinate priorities for arrivals, departures, and early arrivals
Conduct inspections of guest rooms, corridors, pantries, and service areas, ensuring readiness and quality standards
Supervise, guide, and train Guestroom Attendants, providing feedback and addressing deficiencies promptly
Monitor room discrepancies, out-of-order and out-of-service rooms, and follow up on work progress
Coordinate turndown service assignments and inspect service quality during evening shifts
Communicate daily updates to management and ensure proper handover between shifts
Requirements:
Previous experience in the housekeeping department
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
Professional demeanor and commitment to Four Seasons grooming and conduct standards
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
