We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Glentress Forest team! Work in one of the UK’s most beautiful forest locations, developing your skills while providing outstanding service to our guests. Surrounded by swaying trees, thriving wildlife, and wide-open skies, you’ll enjoy fresh forest air and immerse yourself in a truly scenic setting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing support and motivation to the Housekeeping Team to ensure high morale and productivity
  • Delivering training to ensure all team members meet our brand standards
  • Ensuring each cabin is correctly stocked and beautifully presented
  • Conducting health and safety checks, such as smoke alarm and fire extinguisher inspections
  • Monitoring and maintaining quality standards across all cabins
  • Assisting with daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient changeovers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role (essential)
  • Experience leading or supervising a team
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards
  • Motivation to work outdoors in a forest environment, rain or shine
  • A passion for hospitality and the great outdoors
