Job Description:

The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for Housekeeping Supervisor, who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests. This position reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manages and control employee uniform including inventory, condition checks, purchase order and communication with other departments
  • Schedules work to be done daily, collects room and floor status sheets for assigned work areas
  • Monitors each Room Attendant’s daily progress
  • Inspects completed rooms to assure that all standards have been met
  • Resolves customer complaints, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner
  • Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone
  • Manages the overall cleanliness of the Hotel, both guestrooms and public
  • Takes action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and well-being of hotel guests and employees
  • Responds swiftly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation
  • Regularly communicates with Onsite Manager for pending tasks and projects
  • Ensure that operations run efficiently by following standards properly so they can keep things running smoothly within your company's facilities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a housekeeping supervisor role required in hospitality, service or luxury industry
  • Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
  • Must have solid knowledge of hotel operations, including proficiency in Hotel property management systems required
  • Knowledge of Opera preferred
  • Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Above average communication skills - verbal and written- required
  • Knowledge of another language(s) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop someone without direct reporting line
  • Previously demonstrated success and credibility in providing support on corporate projects, or at another Four Seasons property
  • Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of another language(s) preferred
  • Knowledge of Opera preferred
