An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Housekeeping Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. We are seeking passionate and motivated leader, who has experience in a similar role to join our team, showcasing their conflict resolution, communication, and team leadership skills. This role will see you assist in maintaining the expected presentation levels of rooms and facilities and to supervise and train employees in line with department procedures.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure housekeeping staff attend to daily operational requirements in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure presentation standards of rooms and facilities are maintained to expected high standard
  • Monitor, review, and where required assist develop standard operating procedures in line with company requirements
  • Supervise and train employees in line with department procedures
