Housekeeping Supervisor

As Housekeeping Supervisor you will work closely with the Head Housekeeper by leading the housekeeping team and being a key member of the Hotel’s Management team. You will display a proactive and innovative approach to skill development and enhancement in your team while accurately assessing needs of the business in terms of staffing and ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained and monitored throughout the hotel. You’ll co-ordinate constructively with both reception and reservations so that the day-to-day operational requirements are successfully delivered. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a first class enjoyable and comfortable stay.
