Job Description:

We’re looking for a confident, part time hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor who leads from the front and takes real pride in high standards. Reporting to our Head house keeper, you’ll be working across our stunning exclusive use wedding and events venue located in central Lewes, East Sussex with 30 guest bedrooms. Working with our Head houskeeper and team you’ll play a key role in making sure our venue is guest-ready, wedding-perfect, and consistently immaculate.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervising a small team of housekeeping staff to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ensuring all bedrooms and other areas meet our quality standards
  • Allocating tasks, managing workloads, and keeping the team on track
  • Training new team members
  • Leading by example — maintaining standards through your own work as well as others
  • Daily organisation of your team to ensure all works are completed to standard and on time

Requirements:

  • You have high standards and expect the same from others
  • You’re confident supervising and motivating a team
  • You’re organised, calm under pressure, and good at juggling priorities
