At Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar, the Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury. This position ensures that guest rooms and public areas reflect the exceptional quality and comfort that define the Four Seasons experience.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet Four Seasons standards
Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public spaces for cleanliness and maintenance
Coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager to manage staff schedules and assignments
Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members to deliver exceptional service
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, and place orders as needed
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property
Assist in managing lost and found procedures and documentation
Support in implementing sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
