We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our lovely team at Glentress Forest. Work in one of the UK’s most beautiful forest locations, developing your skills while providing outstanding service to our guests. Surrounded by swaying trees, thriving wildlife, and wide-open skies, you’ll enjoy fresh forest air and immerse yourself in a truly scenic setting. As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Open all year round, our Housekeeping Supervisors are assigned a specific number of cabins to manage each changeover day. Working alongside the housekeeping teams, you will ensure that the cabins meet our high brand standards of cleanliness. You will be a role model for the team, leading by example and ensuring high standards of service and professionalism. In this role you must deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys the perfect Forest Feeling experience.
