The Housekeeping Supervisor coordinates and supervises all Room Attendant in the Floor, to ensure proper completion of all tasks. Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of guest room and surrounding areas, and for guest services on the guest floors in accordance with the standards, guidelines and policies established by Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts and by the Hotel in order to ensure friendly, efficient and customer orientated service in a clean and orderly environment.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinates and supervises all Room Attendant in the Floor to ensure proper completion of all tasks
Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of guest room and surrounding areas
Responsible for guest services on the guest floors in accordance with the standards, guidelines and policies established by Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts and by the Hotel
To have complete knowledge of Four Seasons’ Quality Standards, Service Standards and Group Specifications
To have complete knowledge of Four Seasons’ Programs e.g. Guest History
Makes Guest delighted and retention is the primary focus of all job function
Leads the respective sections’ colleague in the efforts to ensure guest was delighted
Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and procedures
Spot checks the phone log book to ensure the quick and correct handling of guest requests
Analyzes and solves any recurring problems that arise
Notes, collects and actions on any guest’ preferences
Inspects a minimum of 68 rooms daily including check out, vacant and occupied rooms
Ensures that rooms are set up in accordance with standards
Communicates standards in detail to staff
Check all assigned rooms to ensure that the required amenities are set up
Checks on the completion and the quality of the Room Attendant’s work
Follows up on outstanding work orders with the Eng. Department
Clearly and accurately prepares maintenance requests for Engineering Department action
Records daily work assignments
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years International class Hotel working experience
Good Communications skills
Being calm and patient and be of service passion
Team player
